Joe Johnson is an amazing realtor.
I only trust HIM with our real estate investments (purchased 4 properties so far with Joe). He knows EVERYTHING about the industry and related industries. Ask him about...property lines, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, septic, well, new build, commercial, rental, windows, mortgages, home owners insurance, landscaping, etc. You name it, he knows it. I’ve asked him about ALL of the above mentioned items and he’s always right! Most importantly, Joe will tell you, “NO”. You will have house buying fever at some point. And, he will talk you out of a mistake. Joe will tell you the place isn’t good enough and that he can find you something better. And, he will. And, his response time is unbelievably quick. Your home is probably your largest financial asset. You need a competent financial realtor. He’s THE GUY.
Most amazing guy ever, never would have thought a realtor would put so much time and effort into someone that didn't have very much money to put on a house but he definitely proved me wrong!
